[Ad Flubs] Why Eat Food, When You Can…

I just saw this ad on a website. What the hell are “chicken-style pieces”?

Is it chicken? Or pieces in the style of chicken? If so, pieces of what? Perhaps the ad dudes should have made sure the fine print on the label showed in the advertisement and even then, I’m sure I’m up for eating it. :-)

Good news though. Less than 3% fat and only 90 calories per serving!

    mmm… one can only wonder!

    My guess is that there’s not an ounce of any real chicken in there at all.

      I did some research and it is a meat-alternative product. A lot of people seem to like it, but there is some controversy over what it’s made out of. Their website makes it sound like it’s mushroom-based, but apparently it’s not really.
